Just wanted to let you know about my recent experience with Cedar Creek Motorsports. My Polaris 600 ATV stalled on me and would not restart. I checked for spark and did not have any. I called your Service Dept. They were extremely helpful in trying to diagnose my problem over the phone. Included in there was your Parts Dept. trying to locate the parts I may need. Well, after a long discussion I decided I was going to have to take it in for repairs. I chose to bring it to Cedar Creek Motorsports because of the help I received on the phone from your people. I know a lot of places would have just told me to bring it in. I brought it in and they had some issues in finding the problem and getting parts because it is not very common. But in the end your Service Manager was involved and very helpful in communicating what the situation was with it. So from me to all of your people involved I want to thank them and make sure you are aware of the great people you have there. I dont usually send a thank you out after spending $500.00 but this time it is due. My ATV is running great (hopefully continues to) and look forward to doing business with you again.

The Annual ATV Toys for Tots charity event would like to thank CEDAR CREEK MOTORSPORTS for your generous support. Our goals where simple, to give something back to the community with donations for the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation, and to gather a great group of fellow ATVers for a great ride with many laughs. The best, of course, was getting to meet all the new faces that make up the ATVing community. Our pre-ride gathering, starts with the singing of our National Anthem, a minute of silence for fallen soldiers and covered a few safety rules for the ride. We rode through the morning to a lunch buffet in Hayward and returned Cable to enjoyed a dinner buffet. During dinner, we gave out door prizes, auctioned off some of larger items and presented the Marines with 244 toys and $4,888 in cash contributions.Your support and generous contributions helped make our Annual ATV Toys for Tots event a rousing success. Triumph Scrambler RescueThis is just a quick note to thank you for bailing me out a few weekends ago. I was returning to Minneapolis from the Rockerbox Motorcycle Festival in Milwaukee when I had a flat tire on I-43 just north of Milwaukee. I was delivered to The Cedar Creek by a helpful stranger on a Honda VTX1300 and arrived just before closing on a Saturday afternoon. Your sales manager, Brett, went to bat for me and not only arranged for my bike to be delivered to the shop, but also arranged to pick me up on Sunday morning from the motel in Mequon and delivered me to the shop where he had arranged for a mechanic to come in at 8:00am in the morning. I was out the door by nine o clock with a newly repaired front tire and on my way back to Minnesota.

This is the kind of personalized service that can make the difference between a moderately successful business and a thriving enterprise. Brett was incredibly helpful through the entire experience and couldnt have been more accommodating. Thank you so much for your help. I was thinking that I was stranded until Monday and instead was on the road for a delightful day of riding back to Minneapolis on Sunday morning. Not only was my bike repairedI made a couple new friends and got a Cedar Creek Motorsports tee shirt in the bargain!!!!! It doesnt get much better than that!

two yrs ago i had my left leg amputated & ithought my riding days were over.i hav a HD sportster . the harley dealer made some agustments for me , buti only put 2 mi on the bike because i was unstudy with my new leg. i saw add on tv for canam trikes & looked them up on the web & read all the reviews i could find. so i called cedercreek & talked to Rayn he had me come down % showed me how i wouldnt hav to worry about my balance or putting my feet down at a stop light s. so he showed me different modles &had me try the one i liked & bought too. i drove it ion thier lot & took it on a route they have you take to have you try & see how you handle & like it. and i loved it never felt so confadent riding sence my aputation .they showed me some options i could get so to enjoy my ride better too.they helped me get my financeing through my credet union also .showed me good VIP package that helps cut cost on maintananct & service.. well to make long story short i drove it back to milw. & next day my daughter came over & found my truck home .she thought he works today & looked in garage & saw bike gone. so she knew i wasent nervious to ride again. even the mech. that works a Cedercreek gave me his ph. # so if i had any questions i could call him.i am vary happy with my bike & all the help i got from Rayn who got me good deal & the to Johns that helped me and all the help they keep giving me so i can keep on riding & enjoying it.they were vary helpfull in parts too. my bike sounds as good as my HD dose & it sounds good so anyone who just dosent feel safe riding a two wheel bike by yourself or not as good with your passenger on TRY A CANAM TRIKE !!!!!

"I had a fantastic experience with the Parts department at Cedar Creek. I clled looking for replacement carbides for my snowmobile without the part numbers or model details. My contact walked me through the attributes of my sled and ski to select the right carbide and located them. What is more, I was looking to have the parts shipped, prior to trip on the subsequent weekend, and when I gave my home address, my contact indicated that he had a coworker who lived near me and could drop the parts off that evening, saving me a substantial shipping cost. "I had a snowmobile helmet that broke last season, I brought it into Cedar Creek. They tried to repair the helmet, that did not work thus they ordered new parts. The parts were continually on back order. The week before Christmas the parts had not arrived. This saga started in Oct. and now snowmobiling season was upon us. "Last August 2010 after riding my 1997 Honda Magna 750, on a trip to Billings Montana and back, 3000 miles. I decided that I should buy a bigger bike. I contacted Cedar Creek and was told that they had a 2003 Honda Goldwing 1800 with only 12,000 miles. I and my wife drove up and observed the bike. It had several assessories on it and was the same red color as my old bike. After riding the bike. I made an offer and it was excepted. I was given a very good price for my old bike. After driving the bike back to Milwaukee I found that the tool kit for the bike was missing. I contacted the dealership and they were very sorry about the missing tools. A short time later I received a new tool kit through the mail. I have used this dealer ship several times in the past using their maintenance shop and found the prices very reasonable and service department fast. When they came in, I stopped by to pick them up, but do to my misunderstanding, I thought the parts came in sets. They were packaged individually, and as a result, I needed to reorder more parts. Since the parts were very small, I asked if they could save me a trip and just drop them in the mail. They said no problem, and even gave me a discount on the parts.A couple of days later, when the parts came in, I got a call from Bob, asking me if I would like him to drop them off after his shift. This was great news, and I took him up on this offer. When he came by that night, we talked a while, and I showed him my bikes.Then a few days later, one of the parts got damaged in installation, so I needed 1 additional 4 dollar part...
