The Husqvarna 16eDrive by STACYC™ lets kids aged 4 to 8 years rapidly get to grips with the essential skills for handling a powered two-wheeler. From the basics of balance to brake and throttle operation, the 16eDrive translates tentative first steps into total confidence in control. By allowing young riders to progress at their own pace on an easy-to-handle electric balance bike, learning is fun and fast. The 16eDrive has three power modes so that children can go quicker when they're ready. With up to an hour of runtime from each easily changed and charged battery, the fun and learning keep on coming.

Access the action from the startThe 16eDrive has a true twistgrip throttle to teach proper control right from the start. Programmed to deliver a linear power curve, kids can learn how to operate a twist throttle and manage power output, something that simply isn't possible with an on-off push-button.
There are three power selection modes, selectable as your child grows in confidence and control:
Low / Training mode ~ 8 km/h
Med / Transitional Mode ~ 12 km/h
High / Advanced Mode ~ 21 km/h
Riding skills increase quickly with confidence, and the 16eDrive's manageable seat height of just 43 cm allows young riders to easily keep their feet on the ground at standstill. The low seat also makes it easy to 'dab' with a foot to maintain balance on the move.
The 16eDrive is perfect for 4-8 year old kids up to 34 kg, and with an inside leg range of 45-61 cm. The 16" composite wheels have pneumatic tyres. Tapered footrests make control easy.
To ensure correct body and foot positioning, the 16eDrive has race-inspired ergonomic placement of seat, pegs and controls, so that bike riding skills become second nature.
The 16eDrive weighs just 9 kg including the battery, making it easy to push around and pick up, so kids will soon be back in action after a tumble or dropped bike. Skills build quickly thanks to the 16eDrive's light weight making it easy to handle. Also the 16eDrive can be taken anywhere being small and light enough to lift into the back of the car for family days out.

A low seat makes it easy for place junior feet on the ground, so training wheels are not required. The 16eDrive's child-friendly light weight of 9 kg is similar to a BMX of the same size. The 16eDrive makes learning so much fun that kids won't want to stop riding and their skills will grow in no time.
The removable lithium-ion battery has a user-friendly power-tool style interface for quick and easy changes to let the fun continue uninterrupted. Additional batteries can be kept charged up to extend ride time. Quick charging means that while one battery is in use, another can be rapidly replenished.
